2019 Wine Dinner Feat. Campbells Winery

Post Poned Event - Our amazing Chef Richard Hooper who has worked at some amazing wineries locally and internationally has created a spectacular five course degustation menu. We have invited Campbells Winery to showcase their fantastic range of wines.

As you arrive at 7pm our team will greet you via the Alfresco entrance of the Club with a glass of Campbells Sparkling or a 2019 Campbells Rose whilst a selection of Hors d'oeuvre circulates the deck with the acoustic sounds of a fabulous duo playing in the corner helping to set the relaxed mood of the event.

Once seated you will enjoy the entree of confit duck cigar, pomegranate & pistachio cream with a glass of the 2017 Shiraz Durif, followed by the main course of pork cheek, pedro ximinez jus with cauliflower & hazelnut puree and a glass of the 2017 Bobbie Burns. For dessert you will be treated with a Muscat brulee & shortbread with a glass of Campbells famous Muscat. Finally the events culinery portion will conclude with a selecton of cheeses and a glass of aged 2012 Bobbie Burns Shiraz.

Campbells Winery Charl De Mink will be in attendance to talk about Campbells Winery and their spectacular wine. There will also be some fantastic discounted wine specials exlcusively for those attending the event.

This is the perfect event for possibly a Christmas Party or a catch up with friends! We are limited to strictly 60 people, so please get in early.
