Join us in Ms Birdie for an alternate drop two course lunch with entertainment from Jacob Butler  from 12 noon. We also have a special Mothers Day raffle drawn on the day as well as a glass of champagne on arrival

Main Menu - Sage marinated grilled chicken breast, duck fat fondant potato, blistered vine ripe tomatoes, grilled asparagus with sage oil OR Huon valley grilled salmon, pan fried scallops, corn puree, grilled asparagus and chorizo crumb.

Desserts - Deconstructed berry meringue & raspberry sorbet OR Chocolate mousse dome, raspberry gel, hazelnut crumb and chantilly cream

Kids - Chicken Parmi w chips OR Linguine carbonara. Free drink / Chocolate mousse dessert
